Location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the train station and the bus we needed. 5 minute walk downhill to the downtown area was easy. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. I'd stay again for sure.

Modern room design and comfortable bed. Had amazing breakfast (great variety of hot dishes) and dinner at the hotel bistro. Polite staff and we can get to check in the room early.

Everything was nice and smooth. Staff were always friendly, facilities are nice and value for money is the absolute best in the region. Location connects to the city center via bus station which is near the building. I would be visiting again when in Lugano surely!

What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Marco. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsive. From the very beginning, he provided clear instructions, was always available for any questions, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel welcome and completely at ease.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Our room was big enough for a family of 4. Very private and great view of Lake Lugano.

A dated cozy elegance that was quite inviting to us. We had a lovely view of the garden from our balcony. Breakfast was good, location was just a few minutes from the sights. I would definitely stay here again. The bus transit hub is directly across the street, making it easy to access. Our room was large and comfortable. Lugano is a wonderful place to visit.

The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.
