Perfectly located. Room is very confortable, spacious and well equipped. The AI assistant is helpful if you can speak Chinese. If you order, they have a robot delivery service to the room.

Everything was perfect. You have to pay all the uniqueness of the place but it is worth of it.

The breakfast was quite good, lots of selection. As for the location, it seemed to be a bit congested.

Nice location Spacious apartment, actually bigger and more modern than it appears in the photos! The owner was very helpful and responsive Washing machine and the kitchen in general are a huge bonus

Exceptional customer service, very helpful staff. Great rooms for the price, the location is very convenient with good access to other districts. Plenty of small shops and restaurants around the hotel aswell. All in all, no doubt im coming back here again.

Nothing. It was not clean. Front desk staff don't know about booking.com. No one speaks English, even a little bit. They wanted to charge more than my order.

The staff was exceptional. They made every extra effort to assist me when I needed help, and I needed a lot.

Good location easy to get to the subway and even on foot you get to sone nice parks .The temple of heaven can also be reach on foot. There is also a very good bakery close by just on the right side of the hotel about 5 minutes away. The beds are very comfortable, the pillows are one softer one harder so you can choose the right one how you prefer it.The room is very clean and it was quiet perfect stay for us.
