The property was located minutes from the attraction, walking trail to the close by restaurant was very nice.

The people, facilities and location. The room was great with excellent views. It's a family run business. We received great hospitality from all the staff. We had a great chat with the proprietor Michelle who is an excellent host. We learned many things about the Chinese culture from her. We wish her and her family all the best! Highly recommended.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Location is good, close to north railway station and to tourist attractions. The lady owner was very helpful. There was a marathon on the day we checked out and roads were closed from 8 am to 10 am, so we couldn’t get a taxi. She brought us to the railway station herself so we would catch our train. We are very thankful to her.

This is a very modern and contemporary boutique hotel in a historic village located in the outskirts of Guilin. The staff, amenities, facility, decor, and food were all impeccable! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip extra enjoyable and memorable. We can’t wait to return to Guilin again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Guilin without the hustle and bustle of the city life. It’s affordable and easily accessible by taxi to any parts of the city. Also a short walkable distance to the reed flute cave, which is a must visit in Guilin as well.

the location of thr hotel is in a quiet village, perfect if you want to enjoy nature and a peaceful time in Guilin. The rooms are great, the staff helped us with absolutely everything, breakfast was tasty and you can even use their motorbikes for free... we came back again and will do it next year!

We stayed in the HeShe hotel for 3 nights in a two bedroom suite which was a great option for 4 people, rooms were spacious, each with a private bathroom. We fell in love with the HeShe hotel at the first sight, right upon arrival, when we saw the beautiful landscape which surrounded the place, the lake, the hills, the greenery. Every evening we enjoyed our dinner on the open terrace, food was always fresh and delicious, so we didn't want to look for any other restaurant. For the breakfast, we think it's a great idea that they let people order what they want the night before, thus the hotel can avoid unnecessary waste of food. But above all, we would like to thank the nicest staff at HeShe for the wonderful hospitality, they made the river trip booking for us and helped with planning and arranging the sightseeing, so we managed to see all we wanted and even more. We hope to return to Guilin one day, and we'll seek no other place to stay!

The staff, especially one staff member, was amazing. Helped so much with trips and gave so much advice and very friendly. The breakfast is also amazing, and the breakfast dining room is very comfy. The hotel overall is just very cute and our room was very cute. and the staff are extremely (like I want to emphasize it) friendly and helpful. Even packed us lunch for our boat trip when we left the hotel.

Very clean and tidy. Room is very quiet, you can't hear anything. Perfect for having a good night sleep after a long flight (no easy to get the Guilin from oversea).

We had a wonderful stay in Rong Unique Hotel - the staff was really kind and friendly (particularly as we were traveling with two babies), the room was spacious, comfortable and modern. And breakfast was nice as well. The location is also excellent!
