Everything was great at this hotel. The rooms are spacious,comfy and quiet, with everything you need. The breakfast is varied and different almost every day and bottles of water are at your disposal in every corner of the hotel. The staff is very nice and eager to make your stay perfect. 7eleven and restaurants are right next to the holtel and the area is in general very beautiful I totally recommend this hotel

The view from my Luxury King room on the 16th floor was absolutely breathtaking as it was a 180 degree view of the city. Breakfast was delicious as it provided a variety of different food. The grand entrance of the hotel are what dreams are made of as it is enormous. Stay on the look out for Samuel who works at concierge. He was extremely polite, patient and helpful. He said that he would have my back and he certainly did as he went above and beyond every single time. I would come back to the Sofitel just knowing that someone like him was working there, absolute lifesaver!

Good location, friendly staff, clean room plus excellent view from our room on the 9th floor.

As soon as we stepped into the lobby we already felt that we made a right choice. We were cordially welcome by Connor and Carol who streamlined the check in process and always surprised us by their top notch services and friendly attitudes. Also the breakfast was another sparking spot us. I was a bit surprised at seeing some people complaining about lacking of variety as we were very satisfied with the options and qualities. Room is spacious and clean, and the pool and gym also did not let me down. I am a gym rat and was glad to see they have pretty much everything I need to maintain my workout schedule. Overall very satisfying stay, and I think Connor is a great asset for this branch. He is the type of hotel manager who is always willing to go above and beyond to make your travel experience unforgettable and worthwhile.

Great room, LOVED the bathtub, OK view from the high floor (nothing crazy either). Good location (close to downtown but not too close to the hussle of the city) Simple but effective breakfast buffet Delivery to your room with their little robot is freaking cute :D Very flexible room cleaning staff, there was a couple days where we were too lazy to go out and the staff cleaned between 7 and 10pm when we finally went out for dinner, I thought we'd have to wait until the next day! Very polite and helpful staff, they accomodated us a late checkout (3pm) with no extra charge.
