Hotels near Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie

Ideal location, comfortable room, and the staff offered a free shuttle to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also helped us arrange and book our trips, which made our holiday much less stressful. They were available on WeChat and always replied quickly whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a smooth and lovely stay. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely stay here again.

The property is close to the airport, and a couple of the attractions. Two nights in that area are more than enough. I’d recommend switching hotels to see some of the other attractions further from the city.

The hotel was very well located near the cableway to go to Tianmen Mountain. It was clean and comfortable.

best hotel i stayed in while in china. Lyn and Cathy helped me book every single activity nearby in english and recommended food places they like. facilities were great spacious, bed was comfortable, view of tianmen mountain from your bed. laundry room available 24 hours. 侯丽君(hou lijun) who worked the front desk braided my hair for me and also helped me to use meitaun to order food to the hotel. incredibly close to the airport there was even a puppy that hung out nearby

Kindest and most helpful staff, the beds are nice and clean and the laundry in the bathroom is really convenient! They offer to help you with everything and the location is great to be near the lively city area.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is conveniently located close to the best attractions in Zhangjiajie, making it very easy to explore the area. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. What I loved most about my stay, was our host, Amy. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and dedicated. She helped me with everything I needed and even took the time to teach me some Chinese words. She is truly an amazing person, very smart, caring, and genuine. I hope to come back soon, as I would love to spend more time with her. Thank you, Amy, for making my trip so special and unforgettable. You are one of the reasons why this experience was so wonderful❤️

The owner is the sweetest lady who will tell you about three different routes you can take and help you buy the tickets. Any questions you have, you can talk to her or another lady working there.

Nice room with comfortable beds, and it's a short walk from the Tianmenshan cable car. Right next to the south railway station and bus station, many HSR trains seem to use the west station but they offered us free pick up from there. People at the reception were helpful though didn't speak much English.

Great location, only two minutes walk from Tianmen Mountain, very close to the bus station and Zhangjiajie train station. The room offered the cable car view and well equipped.Have a good stay in here.
