Wonderful, great running water and such a clean space with a wonderful morning selection of food. Staff was great, very polite and answered any questions we had. Room was clean if a little dusty but very well maintained.

For a four star hotel and the the price paid I think it’s an OK experience and breakfast was not so bad and it’s a very old hotel but you can have access to everything needed except like the heater was not working and it was May however lightning was good and that was a little bit of noise coming from the outside, but that wasn’t so bummer And the receptionist ladies were very helpful we needed a extra shampoo and conditioner, etc. and we got them and they let us to drop our luggage’s to our flight. That was also good and yeah, the Wi-Fi connection was also good. I’ve used the iron from the hotel. Shampoo and showing gels must be more. And the hygiene was good I’ve been informed by the hotel that I had forgotten a piece of clothes in the room and I received it back while collecting my luggage.

Very nice classic hotel in an older building. I had a very nice backyard room. The room was very quiet and very spacious. There is even an entry hole, the bathroom and the toilet are in 2 separate rooms. This kind of big room is very rare nowadays. The room had wall-to-wall carpet, which I usually don't like, but here it was clean and nice. The room and the hotel in general is very clean. The breakfast is also nice, basic buffet breakfast with fresh ingredients. The receptionists I met or communicated with were all very friendly. The area is very nice, and very well connected by public transport to all possible directions. The old town is basically walking distance though. I was in this hotel in the beginning of March, sort of off-season, very good price-quality raito.

Excellent room – clean, newly renovated, with a kitchen, iron, hairdryer, and a washing machine. Perfect service from the manager!

I rarely give 10's on Booking, cause always is something little bit away from perfect, but this time everything was top notch. Clean, comfortable, with great breakfast and location + luggage storage was free in a secured room till 7PM on the CheckOut day. Money/Value ratio: 10+ Staff is kind and helpfull, so will defintely come back to this hotel when i am back to Prague.

The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. There were complimentary coffee, water and tea in the room and they were refilled daily. The breakfast was tasty and with good choice.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and tram station.

As for the value , you get much more than you pay for, The place is safe , guest needs to scan card before can enter hotel main door as well as elevator. The location is near tram or public transportation. The room is clean and in great condition. Super Cold Centralized aircon . No foul smell in room or doorways only neutral smell . No heavy or strong hotel perfume.
