Very large room and a comfy large bed! Furniture maybe a bit dated but we were mostly on the move in the city so it didn't bother much. Special offer with free parking in the garage was great! Parking garage is quite small tho. Location is excellent to visit all highlights by food. Great food options all around the place.

This hotel was great, the breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and nice and very accommodating, it was a little noising from the tram outside but that comes with being in a great location

Everything was perfect and tbh it exceeded our expectations. We just felt he the moment we step it. The hoist was very welcoming and the service was great throughout our stay. We really loved the decoration and how it is detailed. The location is good, not far from Charlies Bridge, yet in a quiet street. Definitely will recommend it for anyone visit Prague.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. Away from bustling streets of Prag, very close to castle... Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staffs was extra sweet... Dont hesitate to stay here...

The hotel itself is a beautiful old building. Location was amazing- close to the castle, close to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Very walkable. Room exceeded our expectation, much bigger than pictured. Bed was comfortable. Chocolate in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of food available. Prosecco provided with breakfast. They even had a cocktail hour with cheese and wine. The staff were very friendly.

The most beautiful property we have ever stayed in. No matter where your eye travelled inside the property, it was magnificent.

The hotel is authentic, as the old prague. Very polite staff, very clean and the location is great. They even made surprise for my B-day, hand written card together with champine ❤️

The property is beautifully located at the base of the castle. The altstadt is at a walking distance. The receptionist, Olha served us really well. She was extremely friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Everything. I would especially point out the big TV and the wonderful breakfast (all the exquisite kinds of tea, bakery, hot and cold food!). The staff was very polite and classy. The hotel was clean, calm and uniquely stylish.

Everything was perfect! The attention to detail was amazing, the staff really helpful and gentle! We used the spa facilities every day - the jacuzzi was arranged with candles and we always had two glasses of prosecco waiting for us. The hotel is small yet beautiful and historical, the room was a true pleasure to be in. The breakfast was also utterly delicious, the coffee fresh and of great quality. Not to mention the location - the Charles bridge was at the distance of 15 minutes pleasant walk. I am truly charmed and I would most certainly return!

The room was exactly like in the photos, and we had everything we needed. The staff was helpful and even allowed us to check in earlier since our room was available. The hotel’s location is excellent — in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of all the main attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

We had an exceptional stay at the Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and conformable. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The location is very convenient to visit the Prague castle and Charles bridge and not that far from Wenceslas square and the famous astronomical clock.

Location cannot be better, directly in the center of Mala Strana, very close to the castle, Charles Bridge and Petrin. Room was very small, but cozy and beautiful. We also appreciated the kettle in the room, ready to prepare the welcome tea. Nice. Also there is a terrace, especially great for evening talks with narrow view to the city.

Nice, spacious, and clean rooms in the immediate vicinity of the castle.
