Literally bingo! In the city center, clean and safe. There is a room where you can leave your luggage. The people at the reception are very helpful.

The location is perfect to visit the main touristic attractions since everything is within a walk distance. We asked for a baby crib when we booked and found one in our spacious room with a little cushion and linens (which is not always the case in other hotels). Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly and thoughtful.

Everything was great! We arrived really early the 1st morning, but our room was ready so we could enter our room and then have breakfast. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced; well furnished until the end, with fresh vegetable and fruit, tasty bread, good coffee, eggs and bacon... We spent the weekend to celebrate my best friend's birthday, so on that morning the staff brought us a bottle of prosecco with compliments of the hotel! The hotel has a small spa that you can privatize, great value for money and so relaxing! They also propose massages, we had some and they were very good and professional. Our room was really pretty and beds are extra comfortable. We had a beautiful view from our balcony - and by the way I think we were upgraded to that room because when booking the hotel I saw those balcony rooms but they were more expensive. Friendly and prompt service from the reception desk, and the nicest lady called Gisela. Thank you very much! I will certainly book this hotel again if traveling to Prague!

The location was incredible - right in the city center, very close to every touristy destination we wanted to visit. The room was super nice and clean, very comfy beds and nice bathroom. I especially enjoyed the fact that they provided some drinks. The breakfast was so worth the money to be honest, very delicious and nice. Enough to fill yourself for the whole day. Every worker we interacted with was super nice and helpful. Honestly, it was one of the best stays in my life!

I took a lot of time searching for a hotel in Prague that fit my needs and I'm glad I ended on Jalta. From the moment we stepped in we felt welcome, even the security guy smiled. The check in was fast and easy and I loved their reception area. I saw in other reviews that people hated the sound from the street. Well then simply dont book a street view room, but the sound wasnt too crazy honestly. Any issues we came across were resolved immediately as well. Not a single negative thing about our stay we really loved it. The bed was comfy and we slept well! I do want to add that I also appreciate the option to connect to YouTube on the tv.

The location is great, 10-15mins from the old town by foot, the hotel is clean and neat. The reception staff are friendly, especially Don and Andrey, they are the coolest people there. There was a situation that wasn't supposed to happen (caused by me by mistake) which was taken care of professionally and in the friendliest manner, thanks to Don and Andrey and their professional and fair approach. On my next trip to Prague, i'm staying here again. HIGHLY recommending it.
