Exactly the same as pictures. Really nice view. Close to city centre and clean rooms. Breakfast is really good. Staff was really helpful. If I ever come to Prague I would stay here again.

Everything was great! We arrived really early the 1st morning, but our room was ready so we could enter our room and then have breakfast. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced; well furnished until the end, with fresh vegetable and fruit, tasty bread, good coffee, eggs and bacon... We spent the weekend to celebrate my best friend's birthday, so on that morning the staff brought us a bottle of prosecco with compliments of the hotel! The hotel has a small spa that you can privatize, great value for money and so relaxing! They also propose massages, we had some and they were very good and professional. Our room was really pretty and beds are extra comfortable. We had a beautiful view from our balcony - and by the way I think we were upgraded to that room because when booking the hotel I saw those balcony rooms but they were more expensive. Friendly and prompt service from the reception desk, and the nicest lady called Gisela. Thank you very much! I will certainly book this hotel again if traveling to Prague!

Breakfast at your hotel was EXCELLENT! What a great variety of choices and also a fantastic taste for everything we had there. We especially loved your Nescafe machine with so many coffee choices. Also, your Ginger Juice (Mango Flavour) was excellent! *** Your housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking. Our room was always very clean and interactions with your cleaning staff from Ukraine were very friendly. They were amazing to us!

The hotel offered us a great place to stay, with quality service, really good breakfast, and an amazing location at the heart of Prague with an easy access to all the hot spots in the city. I definitely recommend it.

Loved everything from the location of the hotel to the staff, room and amenities. We were offered welcome drinks, they tried their level best to accommodate our requests for early check-in, late check-out, room type etc. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The location is at prime location with beautiful views. I will 100 percent return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

The interior and the exterior is well maintained and employees are amazing. They know the real meaning of hospitality. In fact, I left behind something at my room and they immediately helped me to have it back. I highly recommend.

A home away from home. Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, complimentary water, complimentary drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, conveniently located at 10 minutes walking distance from the old town.

The room was big, exceptionally clean and tidy, services were on point and breakfast was rich and tasty. Location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything in the city by walking distance. The staff and their services were perfect, they helped us with phone calls and recommendations. They even found a golden necklace that we forgot after checking out and made sure that we receive it back. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Highly recommended!
