Nice room , clean, staff so friendly

The room was very comfortable and had one bedroom where the baby could sleep while the others in the other room. It’s close to restaurants, mall and etc.

Location of the hotel is just perfect. Away from bustling streets of Prag, very close to castle... Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast staffs was extra sweet... Dont hesitate to stay here...

Personal and generous service!

The hotel itself is a beautiful old building. Location was amazing- close to the castle, close to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Very walkable. Room exceeded our expectation, much bigger than pictured. Bed was comfortable. Chocolate in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of food available. Prosecco provided with breakfast. They even had a cocktail hour with cheese and wine. The staff were very friendly.

This hotel is in the Mala Strana section of Prague, which is historic, beautiful, and full of restaurants and shops, but is not as crowded as the central city. That said, it is only a one mile walk or a short tram ride to central Prague. This Ibis is also right across the street from an amazing traditional Czech restaurant--Zlaty Klas--full of locals, beer-forward, and with utterly delicious food. Just a bit further is an excellent smoothie/salads/coffee shop. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff are terrific. The bar is superb--beer on tap and an espresso machine. The elevators were fast and easy to use.

The most beautiful property we have ever stayed in. No matter where your eye travelled inside the property, it was magnificent.

Everything was perfect and tbh it exceeded our expectations. We just felt he the moment we step it. The hoist was very welcoming and the service was great throughout our stay. We really loved the decoration and how it is detailed. The location is good, not far from Charlies Bridge, yet in a quiet street. Definitely will recommend it for anyone visit Prague.

Lovely, polite and helpful staff. Nothing Ng was too much trouble. Located just out of the hub from the city centre but just a few team stops to where you needed to go. The Questenberg and it's staff helped made this visit very special and more importantly, memorable. Thank you all very much and would easily recommend this hotel.

It was very comforting space with very pleasent staff.

The property is beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. It was perfectly clean and tidy. But the highlight is the easiness of getting to and from the Prague Old Town and Palace with an easy short tram connection. Also, contact with the property is super easy and the host Gabriela very friendly. Overall a strong 10/10 and will definitely be back for our next stay in Prague.

Clean, warm, antique room. It is easy to get to the hotel late in the evening after working hours. Quiet and beautiful place. Good breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff.

The check-in was quick and the staff very helpful. The room looked nice and clean. Our room had an AC which helped with the weather. The breakfast was very simple but delicious!

Really comfortable suit and quiet room! Basic amenities included but excellent! The location is perfect to move around the city , we took ubers but there’s others options! Really close to Old Town Square and popular places ! Definitely we recommend those place! Friendly staff, good breakfast as well !

Staff was very friendly, location was great because it was very easy to get everywhere by bus and at the same time the area was quiet and peaceful. Near the hotel there is a bit mall which has everything and it's very useful also to get stuff at the supermarket. Breakfast was also very good and they served gluten free bread and biscuits upon request.
