Hotels near Alfonso XIII Metro Station, Madrid

I stayed at Travelodge Torrelaguna for two nights (March 10–12) during a work trip to Madrid, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was exceptionally accommodating—especially Paola, who went above and beyond to help me navigate some last-minute changes to my check-in and check-out times. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location worked out well for me. Just a short 3-block walk gets you to a direct and very affordable bus to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable—everything I needed for a smooth work trip. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I chose UVE Marcenado because of its proximity to the Auditorio Nacional de Musica and I was not mistaken. Sala Sinfónica is within 10 min walking distance, Sala de Camara within 7 min walking.

It is amazing. Great treatment from people there. I really enjoyed my time and looking forward to coming back again.

The Filipina receptionist named Joy was very accommodating. She was very patient in answering our questions. The place is very clean and towels are changed everyday. Sufficient toiletries are likewise available.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I was completely impressed with their customer service. My room had a garden view, it was clean, quiet and outside smelled very nice since it is surrounded by flowers. Found useful toiletries in the room. The breakfast was very good and variate. I appreciated that I could prepare fresh orange juice. The hotel is not far from the Madrid Chamartín train station. By taxi it took me 10 minutes and 11 euros.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and my experience was everything I had hoped for.

We had 2 adjacent rooms and they were big snd comfortable, so white and clean. Supermarket was nearby and a little coffee shop that served handmade breads and coffee. Location was convenient, just a bus ride away from city. We will come back to this hotel!
