I booked the hotel at last minute for a night of stay. The host phoned me warning that the reception would close at 10:00 pm but he waited for us anyway, that was really a nice thing. He is a really nice person and the hotel is super cute, very well decorated and gives a cozy atmosphere where to stay, even if for only one night. The parking in front of the hotel is huge, busy but you will always find a spot where to park, and finding it was very easy. It's next to the river so you can even walk to the river and enjoy the nice view.

Beautiful old building in the heart of Arles

This boutique hotel had personality and value to add to its perfect location. All the museums, amphitheater, and restaurants were easily walked within minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast included fresh croissants, fresh coffee, fruits, cheeses and meats. The bed was comfortable and had two pillows each. There is a small elevator for higher floors. The room had a/c and was quiet. We had a perfect stay within budget.

Firstly, the hotel is convenient for the railway station, and it is more or less on the bank of the Rhone, just a short walk from the centre and the attractions. The staff were pleased to speak French to us at a pace we could understand. The room was small but big enough for us. The breakfast room was light and the breakfast itself was good.

Excellent staff, excellent location, large and airy room, good wifi, bed with sheets and blanket that can be varied depending on the temps — for once not a duvet that’s often too hot. Excellent BK in an appealing setting. Very easy, cooperative, safe bike storage.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back. Didn't try the wifi because I was there for fun.
