South AfricaMy check in was easy and quick. A gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. When I was supposed to checkout, the weather was bad. I had to extend my stay and the prices were too high because it was on a Saturday and I ended up paying 124£😭. Carley at the reception helped me book again and she upgraded my room without any cost. I'm not sure if I spelt her name correctly . I'll definitely book in advance next time.

I was born in Liverpool but I haven't visited in a long time...
I was born in Liverpool but I haven't visited in a long time. Liverpool one is a fantastic development with excellent shopping opportunities. Liverpool is now a first class city rather than the run down place that I left 40 years ago.

There are lots of shops in the Liverpool ONE district. You can find everything you're looking for, plus one or two shops where you might find something unexpected. If you're looking for a pair of REAL Ego Playoff sliders, you'll find there here. More specifically, you can buy those in some of the shops in the St Johns Shopping Centre.

Excellent location, right next to Liverpool One station (easily reachable by coach/bus), stunning view, perfect for 2 couples or a group of friends since it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has spices, oil, salt, coffee pods, washing-up liquid etc. Everything you need - this apartment has it!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Bus from the airport brought us within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff at the check in desk were so friendly and helpful and the room and bed were really comfortable. Brilliant location as beside Liverpool One and plenty of food options and shopping to choose from. Will stay again when in Liverpool next time!

Check in check out was easy clear. Entry was via secure door with lift to our apartment. Apartment was roomy spacious clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and adequate heating. Kitchen was full and washer and dryer. Location is just off Liverpool one and walking distance to the port and to shopping streets . About 15 min to lime street trains. Right smack in the centre many restaurants and food options recc Fabiano's . Cleanrooms and excellent bathroom.. towels were enough.

everything, love the fact that you have an entire mini apartment to yourself. The kitchen with all appliances really are convenient for any moments you just want to take a break or just eat in private instead.
Breakfast is highly recommendable as well, the personnel during it were also very friendly and helpful.
And the hotel location is perfect when you are there for an event at the Convention center or M&S arena, and its easy to get by foot to either Liverpool one Bus station, or a little further to the trainstations.

Fabulous apartment to stay at just out of centre of City centre. Location was good and parked outside. Good communication with hosts and loved the record player. Buses five minutes walk away and takes roughly 15 minutes to Liverpool one bus station.
