I loved everything about this hotel. It was definitely the best decision to stay in this place, I was completely satisfied with everything. The best place to stay if you want to get to know the city of Liverpool. It has an excellent location, it is close to all the tourist sites within a 5 minute walk, it is also right next to the Beatles museum and in front of the big wheel of the city. you have everything at hand, restaurants, stores and even the river to go for a walk. The view from my room was unbeatable, and the cleanliness of all the facilities is something to be highlighted

Second time staying here, Great Value and location. Comfy beds, good shower pressure and the staff were amazing.

Nice location , staff and communication with visitors

My check in was easy and quick. A gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. When I was supposed to checkout, the weather was bad. I had to extend my stay and the prices were too high because it was on a Saturday and I ended up paying 124£😭. Carley at the reception helped me book again and she upgraded my room without any cost. I'm not sure if I spelt her name correctly . I'll definitely book in advance next time.

Great location, friendly, clean and good facilities

The room was nice and spacious, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is quality over quantity (extra points for having plant based milk). The location is perfect - all main attractions are close by.

Everything. It's the best one for our trip. We got room upgrade which having 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Highly recommend for all.
