All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was a fabulous location by the train station and shopping. The breakfast was great and we had a comfy nights sleep.

Love the breakfast, perhaps the best breakfast we had in north England. We are whole food plant-based vegans, the hotel offers a huge variety of oats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, fruits, soy yogurt, almond milk, vegan bread, and there is a vegetarian/vegan breakfast sec in the restaurant corner. The hotel is well located right next to the station , to be precise, hotel is literally at the station, one magic door that took us from chic hotel to the bustling Liverpool station. after checkout we had 90 minutes before catching our train, we rested at the stylish hotel lounge, there was a rest / refreshment area, where we had lemon water and played street fight game.

Just an amazing place, very nice and clean, the staff is extremely nice and friendly specially Sue the lovely manager. The location can't be better, exactly in the center. Highly recommended and definitely the place I will always stay whenever I visit Liverpool :)

Fabulous location. Staff are very friendly. We had one request for a hair dryer and it was quickly met. Our 5th stay and the value can't be beat. You won't get huge rooms, it is an old building. Keep reasonable expectations. If you need a lot more then stay elsewhere. My 3 nights were much lower than other places wanted for 1 night. My cost £103 for the 3 nights.

Very clean staff was very polite

I am rating it 10/ 10 because it was exactly what was pictured. It was right in town. 4 minutes from the train station. 10-15 min walk from everything. Check in at the pub downstairs was a cool experience. It was perfect for the price to share a bed with a friend.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect (just next to The Cavern). Lots to see and do very close by making touring on foot easy.
