My check in was easy and quick. A gentleman who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. When I was supposed to checkout, the weather was bad. I had to extend my stay and the prices were too high because it was on a Saturday and I ended up paying 124£😭. Carley at the reception helped me book again and she upgraded my room without any cost. I'm not sure if I spelt her name correctly . I'll definitely book in advance next time.

Nestled nearby the most relevant landmarks of the city, including the docks, Liverpool One, Cavern Club, and several restaurants and pubs, it is a nice hotel which provides comfortable facilities, quiet rooms, and cozy environment.

I was jet-lagged and really appreciated that they had a 24-hour desk with snacks and drinks. Come in handy as I wasn't comfortable going out in the dark alone. Also, excellent location close to everything.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was definitely the best decision to stay in this place, I was completely satisfied with everything. The best place to stay if you want to get to know the city of Liverpool. It has an excellent location, it is close to all the tourist sites within a 5 minute walk, it is also right next to the Beatles museum and in front of the big wheel of the city. you have everything at hand, restaurants, stores and even the river to go for a walk. The view from my room was unbeatable, and the cleanliness of all the facilities is something to be highlighted

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect (just next to The Cavern). Lots to see and do very close by making touring on foot easy.
