The property was really clean and the room was great. All the facilities were exceptional and staff were very welcoming . The morning breakfast was better than I expected and the location of the property is the best, just next to the Brighton rail station, in case you would like to book it for work or travelling around Brighton . Highly recommended.

The bed was the most comfortable I've every slept in.

We really enjoyed the hotel room. It was clean and comfortable. A very large window brought in so much natural light. We were in room #6, the top floor, which might have been a concern with it being so hot during this heatwave, but the hotel provided a portable floor air conditioner, which completely cooled the room down while we were in it. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best I've slept in. The hotel location was just a few minutes walk from the beach and Brighton Pier, and a 10 minute walk to Royal Pavillion & The Lanes. An excellent location. An added perk was the digital guidebook the hotel created. We accessed this throughout our time in Brighton while on the go. It featured many restaurants, attractions, and pubs. Found it very handy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great and loved all the hotel decoration. The room is great, perfect bed, shower and very clean. The breakfast also have good options and it’s a good value for money. The staff was very helpful and kind

Was my first time in Brighton and it didn’t feel the first time , tips and guidance around the city was provided by him . If I am I’m coming again to Brighton , this is the only place I’ll be in !

ok this is a really amazing hotel for the price, everything in here is old, yes, this is true, but its very clean and its charming and cute and given the price paid you cannot beat it. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, I was very pleasantly surprised. I rate this place very highly.
