The location and the room size

The hotel is clean. I stayed for twenty days and everything was great

the location is close to many touristic sites

The room has a floor-to-ceiling window,the whole room bright and clean, and quiet spacious. The bathroom is good, and the beds are comfortable. Most importantly, the staffs are so nice and friendly, they helped us many things, thanks for them ! The service was very good in total !

We stayed at the property for a night. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with their promptness and service. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from restaurants and markets. CSVT station is at a walkable distance. Overall would receommend this stay.

It had been a big trouble to find a clean and comfy combo in Mumbai and Hotel Briteway was a super happy stay. As I travelled solo, the room size was not an issue but it might seem extremely congested for two adults. The staff members were very helpful. Let me check in early as well for which I am thankful to them. Had a good sleep. For travellers, roaming around in public transport, it might be a bit difficult to get to the hotel if one is not very familiar with the surroundings, but was not an issue for me.

Location is good for access for food and go to town. But only the traffic issue is too much to get out from that area.

Staff was supportive, found AC was working but remote was not found, even i did complete about it , but replay was remote not avilable. New to improve customer needs Apart from above remarks , facility was okay.

The location is very good ,you can find nearest metro To go anywhere in Mumbai, railway station is also near,girgaon chopaty is also not far...good food options also available...if you are non-vegetarian there is good restaurant near the hotel.. overall very nice..staff is very polite and helpful,also it's a family hotel
