Different Breakfast rooms were fantastic, the selection was good and clearly labelled. Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Nye party food selection and presentation was exquisite. Pool was clean and children play area was a bonus

We stayed at the property for a night. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with their promptness and service. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from restaurants and markets. CSVT station is at a walkable distance. Overall would receommend this stay.

Nice and comfortable place near the beach with a beautiful garden. the staff is really nice, helpful and the lady is a great cook. We really enjoy the meals that she prepared for us.

Staff, particularly Hussain at front desk, was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was hearty, plentiful and delicious. A nice touch was the newspaper delivered to your room each morning. Location in the heart of Colaba, busy section 5 minute walk from Gateway to India.

Location is awesome, daily requirements stuff was at 1 to 2 minute walking distance. ATM, Chemist, Petrol Pump, Pizza by the bay, cafe coffee day, Naturals Ice cream shop is a 5 minutes walk. Asiatic Market, tea stalls and many more restaurants.

Stayed here with my father and 6 year old son and had a wonderful experience! Our room was great with a beautifull seaview. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. The location was excellent. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring my room was perfectly clean and comfortable. They even took the time to suggest safe dining options that matched my food allergies, which meant a lot to me. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, welcoming, and full of warmth. Loved the dedicated staff and their commitment to making the stay as smooth as possible. I was able to check in early and this made the start of a busy trip a lot smoother. If you are looking for a home away from home there can be no better place in the city.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, which made a real difference to the overall experience. A special thanks to the gentleman at the reception desk who went out of his way to help me organize my final day, coordinating everything smoothly with the external car city tour provider. His assistance was greatly appreciated. I would also like to mention Firoj from housekeeping, who was exceptionally kind and attentive; noticing that I was unwell, he thoughtfully provided extra items such as tissues in addition to taking care of the room. His friendliness and consideration did not go unnoticed, and overall it was a wonderful experience with truly caring staff.
