The place has excellent views, it was clean and maintained good hygiene. The staff was very nice and friendly. Luggage pick up and drop facility at parking was very helpful. Good parking facilities. Good homely food. Overall excellent place to stay

The biggest highlight of the stay was definitely the host and staff. The host was warm, welcoming and genuinely gracious throughout my stay. The staff were extremely cooperative, chill and always ready to help or address any concerns quickly. They really made sure I was comfortable throughout. The hostel had also recently undergone renovations, so most of the room setup and furniture felt fresh and new. The dorm was comfortable overall and had a nice fresh feel to it. The location is another strong point. It’s very close to the Ganga, and the rooftop cafe offers a beautiful river view. There’s also a ghat right beside the entrance staircase leading to the hostel, which gives the place a very authentic Rishikesh vibe.

Everything was perfect and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating! Highly recommend this hotel. It's just off the main street so nice and quiet, and the rooms are comfortable and big, beds are comfy.

Laxman Jhula was closed in October 2022 for maintenance.

Laxman Jhula was closed in October 2022 for maintenance. But, the boat was working so you can get across the river for 50INR. So if you are staying in Tapovan that should be alright. I did feel a little disconnected from the other side.

I stayed in Skyard hostel for 3 days in female dorm. It is very affordable. The terrace cafe is beautiful with a view of Ganga river and laxman Jhula. The hostel is very safe, I had kept my laptop at the reception while going to joshimath, it was safely kept for 2 days. Staff is very helpful and the terrace cafe guy welcomes everyone with a smile always. The location is on the other side of Tapovan, so getting a taxi is bit difficult, one has to walk till Tapovan for that.

Hotel is located in the heart of Tapovan, about 15 minutes walk from Laxman Jhula. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and quick to respond. The hotel offers delicious, fresh food, which we highly recommend. We also loved morning yoga session which was beginners friendly.

The hostel is right in the middle of the market, allowing for easy accessibility to cafes and shops. It is located on the Laxman Jhula Road so if you're coming from Tapovan you will have to cross the bridge. The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained. I took a ganga view room and it was magnificent. The in-room dining service is quick, and food is really yummy.
