Bed pillow and rugs were new and good even fan but we don't need fan there it's too cold

Location, staff specially the travel desk is of outstanding help. Mr Gerald is a gem of a person who helped plan the iternary for us and provided his local experience in all possible ways. He is well versed with all the spots and showed us few extra outside of our plan.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious and well prepared. The location is good, if you have your own vehicle. Getting auto is little pain.

The shower was the best we had while in India. Hotel had convenient power outlets and shelves to put our things on. Had the enclosed sitting area which worked great in the cooler environment. Vijay was great. He helped us with local things to do and places to eat.

FInding the location was nightmare the property head was not at all intrested in welcoming the guest. location was bad no hygine none of the facilities was offered as promised.
