This place is perfectly located in the centre of Fort Kochin, making everything easily accessible. Our room was kindly prepared so we could check in early. We had a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast on the roof had a good variety of things. The staff were helpful in organising a taxi to the airport. Thank you 🙏🏼

Almost most hotels, Sunset Bay included, is in the heart of Fort Kochi, close to restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The 2 reception staffs at Sunset Bay, Alan and Astil, were very helpful lads with informative tips about Fort Kochi. Breakfast was small and simple, but nice and yummy, especially with fruits and mango juice to start off! And yeah, don't forget to try out the Water Metro, a quicker and cheaper mode of transport between Fort Kochi and Ernakulam (Kochi city).

The property is very near to the boat Jetty. It’s clean and well maintained.

Truly a gem of a place, at the perfect spot near the water on the northern fort Kochi area. I felt the hotel was really of a 4-star quality in terms of the large room size, cleanliness, staff, and the restaurants. Great ambience (one of the rarer cases where the pictures at this site is really representative of the place) - it really has a wonderful boutique feel inside with all the carefully maintained plants and flowers. The room with the floor tiles and the verandahs create the feel of a Spanish hacienda or something. This is a single review representing everything I heard from the 27 other guests I booked rooms for. I had booked the place based solely on booking.com info, and was apprehensive, but I am so glad I took a chance with Killians. The staff is very helpful. Owner, Mr. Joseph Killain and the manager, Mrs Grace Lily were great to tallk to. I live in the USA and had booked 14 rooms for 28 USA/Korea/Taiwan friends of mine who came for my son's wedding in India. We arrived late at 9:30 by bus, and they chcked us in within 10 minutes, took everybody's bags to the rooms, and had us start a dinner in 15 minutes in the beautiful outside area (the breakfast is inside in AC). The fish platter, porottas and everything was great and they did not rush us either, keeping the place open till 11:30. The beds, sheets. pillows, etc were all clean, and the stay was terrific. The breakfast was sumptuous with bread/toast/egg/sausage etc and also poor/dosa/idli... Frankly, I felt that the room rates were ridiculously low for the kind of 4-star treatment we got there.

The property is small, intimate and very well suited. Ann Marie at the front desk is truly exceptional.

Prettiest heritage property in the Fort Kochi area with a very warm and welcoming staff. The food was excellent boasting the evergreen and amazing Kerela style cuisine. Highly recommended!

It is simple but clean and new. There’s no breakfast and no daily room cleaning, yet it’s very affordable and located close to all major sightseeing spots. The room has air conditioning, but you can also open the windows, the balcony door and use the fan. There’s warm water and everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The staff is very friendly. I think it’s still a hidden gem!

It's a beautiful heritage Dutch building. Huge dark wood bed. Marcos was very attentive and I formative. He booked our river cruise for us. The breakfast was delicious.
