Attention to details in room were immaculate

This hotel surprised me, being of a very high quality for the price and location. It was modern and comfortable with excellent facilities.

The breakfast spread was awesome. The staff were attentive and helpful. The cleaning staff did an exceptional work.

Very close to US consulate if anyone needs to go to visa interview. Generally also location is quite good in T Nagar. Close to Chennai central, Egmore station or Marina beach.

Most Importantly clean toilet.... Friendly staff and the breakfast also very delicious... Friendly staff❤️ Most recommended place to stay

Location - walkable from Metro station. Staff were courteous and helpful. Even with the disruption due to cyclone, the staff did all they could to make the stay comfortable.

Rooms Very comfortable, with great AC and clean bathrooms. Location Prime spot near North Boag Road; very easy to find transport. Service had Smooth check-in and friendly management. I booked a stay for my parents, and they had an amazing experience! The location is very convenient, especially being close to the Visa Application Center (VAC) in Chennai, which was a huge plus. Not sure if its walkable distance but in car it took about 5-7 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and all my requests were followed precisely during their stay. Additionally, they offered assistance to escort my parents to the Visa application centre, although we already had someone to accompany them. This level of service shows their genuine care for guests. I was very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely consider this place for my future stays in Chennai. What impressed me even more was their thoughtful accommodation of the person who drove my parents to Chennai in our car. They provided him with sheets and pillows, ensuring his comfort as well. The management was also proactive, clarifying all costs with me directly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and attention to detail!

So I was in chennai for my visa interview and this particular hotel/lodge is very near to the consulate. The room is pretty spacious not huge but worth the stay.

I liked the people and the food menu.

The guest room is in bad shape, staff is not trained the do not know how to talk, even guest room do not have a electric cattle to warm the water. Ventilation of room is not good.

Property managers were very cooperative. They were willing to go an extra mile to take care of the guest. Rooms were clean. Photos on the website exactly match with the property
