I usually stay at this place it has always been fabulous. This time i was surprised by the birthday cake the Staff cut for my birthday. Amazing staff and good hospitality. Thank you and keep up the same.

We loved the room as it was apt for our family. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were very neat. The services at the cafeteria were excellent with very cordial and supportive staff. Overall, it is one of the best hotel stays !!! Very highly recommended

It's was my first time stay in Chennai near apollo hospital. I stayed for 13 days I think this hotel one of the best hotel in this value. Breakfast was tasty and healthy food

Even in the best hotels in the world something can go wrong, and that's when the hotel is really being under test, how they deal with a problem. This was one of these cases and the hotel took care of me and was above and beyond in professionalism. We take it as granted as it is a Taj hotel, but I'm glad to say it did live to its reputation. The Taj club team is wonderful as usual, the Head Chef and the Evening head chef was exceeding my expectations and special thanks to the director of hosts (Mr Sitrij I think, but I'm butchering his name and his title) that took care of me personally.

Most Importantly clean toilet.... Friendly staff and the breakfast also very delicious... Friendly staff❤️ Most recommended place to stay

Location, facility, cleanliness, good customer service.

The location is very good, hot water is available. AC is there. Check in process was smooth. They let me check out an hour later than scheduled checkout at 11am.

Located near to the US consulate. Staff sitting in the reception was very helpful.

No meals were served, not even breakfast. But there is a popular Vegetarian restaurant across the hotel and food is not a problem. For non veg. folks there’s a restaurant adjoining the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent, strategic location, especially for those coming for treatment at Apollo Hospital. The owner (Mr. Yousef Riz is extremely polite, professional, and always attentive to guests and their needs. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, which is very convenient. As for the price, the cost per night is very reasonable considering the hotel’s cleanliness, comfort, and prime location. I highly recommend this hotel.
