first of all the room is very clean, and the size of room is good enogh. the staff were incredibly helpful. the location of the hotel is very good. you can reach everywhere 10-15 min with metro. only the metro closes around 9 pm on weekdays.( between sundan and thursday), all this up to date information is visible theough the information in the elevator. there are also night buses. Also, the female employee at the reception helped us a lot when we forgot our card in the room. only the breakfast is a little weak. the products are of good quality but the variety is very limited

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms and hotel facilities were very good. Netflix and youtube in rooms tv was a plus. Hotel is a bit far from the city center, yet its location is perfect, close to a bunch of buses, metro, tram and tons of bars and restaurants.

I really enjoyed the whole friendly, welcoming and safe environment of the hotel especially as a solo female traveller. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful I encountered during my travels so far and my room was amazing for me, with a beautiful view overlooking an authentic roman courtyard. Also its location was very good for exploring the non-touristic part of the city, by just getting lost in the streets of the area. The hotel also uses a system through which you can open the main door through your phone which makes it very easy to enter anytime. Finally I would like to mention Maui at reception and the owner of the Hotel Andrea, who were both the most sincere and welcoming people. They really strive to provide the excellent service that guest wish for, so if you have any problems questions just ask them and I assure you they will help you without hesitation. It was an amazing stay for me. I couldn't recommend it less.

The rooms were super clean. The breakfast was amazing!!! Many things to choose from (hard boild eggs, omelette, baked beans, pancetta, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber... if you are on the savoury side and plenty sweet options). Elevator!!!!! Window in the room that opens! Mini bar! Area not so difficult to find parking space for free on the street. A 5min walk away from the metro station. Away from hustle and bustle of tourists!! Staff amazingly kind and helpful! I would surely stay here again!

I liked the warm welcome at the reception by Kholei; a receptionist from Uzbekistan. Additionally, I liked 24/7 service as well as breakfast and good farewell by another receptionist in the morning with a nice breakfast.

From the staff to the cleaniless of the place, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast option was also a big plus, and the super friendly staff made everything much more worth it. Totally recommend and might visit again!
