Accessible, clean, great amenities, good breakfast, restful. Recommendable for the elderly.

The room was beautiful and had a balcony looking over the park and out towards the Vatican . It has the most fantastic pool which is free for guests and has a huge number of loungers. Towels are provided and the staff at the pool are excellent . The Villa Borghese Gardens are next door and it was a 15 minute walk to the Via Veneto. We did not need to use taxis but they are plentiful and cheap in the city. The hotel is quiet in a very prosperous area of Roma and the amazing zoo is just across the road, We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return

I enjoyed very much the room that we had, the location and the staff. If you have a car, there’s also a parking garage for it, which is super handy. Also, if you don’t want to use your car, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that can take you to the Colosseo, Panteon, etc! The hotel is very clean and pretty too!

The breakfast is worth the extra $ they had alot. Waffle bar, two kinds of eggs, two kinds of meat, potatoes, salad bar, fruit, several kinds of pastries, toast, bisquits, etc. We don't speak any Italian, it didn't matter, everyone there spoke English. The front desk people were extremely kind and helpful. There is a grocery store across the street. Our room had a nice balcony, woth views and a fridge. The beds were pretty comfy. Our room was 2 twins, but they were slightly larger than twin beds, which was nice. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Everything was perfect, staff was amazing and the room as well. The breakfast was super good and very high quality. Location is in a very calm spot, not so far away from the main touristic areas. Staff gave us some very great recommendation for the rest of our trip in Italy which is very kind from them. Would not hesistate to go back !!

Great little hotel. Super location and very helpful staff.

The hotel is very close to the center of Rome. It was clean and cozy. The most I liked is friendliness and assistance of Luigi, the guy who works in reception. It was my first trip to Rome (Italy), but I didn’t find any difficulties as Luigi helped me with map and highlighted sightseeing to be visited step by step. If I come next time definitely I will stay at this hotel!

Such a great find! The most wonderful staff (Georgio could not have been more helpful or kind), big rooms, clean and great little outdoor patio, tucked away in the most quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again.

This was our first time in Rome and River Palace Hotel made it especially memorable. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming, told us about all the important landmarks and explained how to get there. They can also help you book any tours or reserve tickets if needed. The hotel itself lives up to its name - it's a true palace with a very elegant and intricate design. The location is perfect too - most tourist attractions are just walking-distance away, and there's also a metro nearby. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend River Palace Hotel to all friends who are planning to visit The Eternal City. P.S. I want to thank the hotel staff for a small gift and a heartwarming note with birthday wishes, it was such a lovely touch! Grazie mille per tutto! ❤️

We lived in Rome a few years ago, next to the hotel, and we love that corner of Rome. When we lived in Rome we ate a few times at EMME, the restaurant of the Margutta 19 Hotel, which is a great restaurant. So, for our 50th anniversary, we decided to stay for 4 days in the hotel, celebrating our jubilee with good friends from Rome. The hotel was an outstanding experience. The staff was great; Thank you, Valerio, for the coffee in the early mornings, thank you Alessandro for the efficient checkout, and thanks to the two wonderful girls at the reception who were trying so hard to make us happy and satisfied. The room was fantastic with a view of the inner garden, and the breakfast was great. In short, we will most probably come again and we cordially and unequivocally recommend this place.
