Very nice hotel friendly staff great location

All throughout the hotel and the room you are provided with a panoramic view of Napoli. The food is excellent, and the staff is helpful. The furnishings and are in the hotel are beautiful. The tree-lined swimming pool built into the rock of the mountain is lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Wonder staff, large shower, good location

The room was spacious, the location was fantastic, We had an early flight so they prepared breakfast before the usual time, just for us.

It’s located in the tourist area whit great vibe, close to the vintage shops and bars. The room it’s well equipped whit acc and mini fridge, the cleaning it’s well done and not much noise.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They helped with restaurant recommendations and taxi service. Anna made the best coffee and took pride in providing a lovely experience for our group. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, very polite and friendly staff, and charming rooms. It’s located right in the city center, housed in a historic building that once (reportedly in the 17th century) served as the Embassy of Calabria. Inside, everything is perfectly done (modern plumbing, AC, etc.) while preserving original historic features like floors, ceilings, and doors. Very authentic! There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

I loved that it was a historic building. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also, the front desk employees were so helpful and very friendly.

It had that old world charm. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast was superb and the staff were all friendly. They had a beautiful garden too but we didn’t have time to try the spa. Gabriela at reception checked us in early and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The restaurants she recommended were all really good. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for one night, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, but what really made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff.
