The gentleman on concierge that stood outside, sorry I didn’t catch his name, he was brilliant and ensured I always had a water when I returned from my run in the mornings! He was quite tall. The breakfast staff were attentive. The room was nice and the housekeeping always did a good job. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

We stayed for three nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient! they allowed us to check in immediately upon arrival, even though it was before 14:00 which we really appreciated after traveling. The hotel is located in the Historic Center of Rome, which makes it incredibly convenient. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily on foot. The cleanliness was also outstanding. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned thoroughly every day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Regarding the staff, Manisha was always kind and helpful to us!

Sweet boutique hotel with lovely staff, cute breakfast area on the top floor and roof with Italian style simple breakfast. Great value. They also organized me a driver to the airport.

The hotel is location in the best location in Rome, (The Pantheon) The staff was super nice and really helped us with everything we needed. There were a few small issues but they were fixed without a problem and our stay was really enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the Albergo. The location is superb and walkable to the places we needed to go. We booked the suite with the Pantheon view and it was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice as well. Breakfast was provided - you get a voucher from the hotel and you need to go to a nearby restaurant - selection was limited but good enough to get you by until lunch time. We would definitely stay again at the Albergo on our next visit!
