We took one of the suites. The room is super comfy. The spa is a very good asset after a long day visiting the city. The view on the Ponte Vecchio is great. The breakfast is exceptional. Between the fresh fruits and the juices, the focaccias and the warm food, it's the best way to fill your body before going on expedition. But keep some space for the food you'll find in the city. And forget about your diet. For the rest, the staff is super nice and efficient. With very good advices about the city.

Stay in this hotel is the best decision you can make!

Our stay was brief, but truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience unforgettable was the warm welcome and kindness of the reception staff. The care and attention given to guests made us feel at home from the very first moment. We would definitely love to come back!

It’s right in the centre, everything was really close. Staff we’re amazing and helpful, they showed us a map of the city and recommended places we could visit. Staff in restaurant we’re also nice every time I sit in the reception someone comes and ask if want to eat or drink something.

The rooms, especially the historical suites, are absolutely stunning! The food in the restaurant was great, too. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They provided us with complimentary room upgrades and a birthday cake, which we hadn’t even asked for. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel, thanks to the care and hospitality of each employee.

The Gold Artè Collection is a quiet place just a three-minute walk from the cathedral. With just 14 rooms, it is a charming, small and thus very personal place. The staff and management are very friendly. We felt very welcome and almost at home. As it is a newly rebuilt hotel, everything is clean and shiny, and everything works. The whole place is air-conditioned, but almost silent with a very soft air stream. The breakfast buffet is small but contains everything you need. The fruit is freshly cut, the eggs are cooked to order and the homemade cheesecake is awesome. If you want a place to withdraw from the bustling city, then this is the place to book. If you're feeling peckish, the Goose Bistro, which is part of the hotel, is always open and serves small meals. And, incidentally, the gold in the hotel's name is well deserved: the appliances are gold and the marble in the bathroom has golden veins. In short, this is a golden place to be, in terms of both its design and management.

Amazing place to stay. Location is perfect, not too far from the train station and close to all the attractions. Owners are super friendly and gave excellent advice about what to see and do in Florence.

The location was really good few minutes walk to all sight seeing areas also the Mr in the reception was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very good and the croissant was baked fresh while we are having our breakfast.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake.

Perfect location. It's right at the Ponte Vecchio and the neibourhood is really nice. It has many restaurants nearby and it takes only 10 min walk to the cathedral.

The interior design and the decoration is awesome

The staff was so helpful, arranging to have my car parked and returned each day I was in wine country. They also gave me a list of off-the-beaten-path restaurants that turned out to all be delicious. Breakfast was also delicious and in a beautiful room with painted ceilings. You can't beat the hotel's location, it's practically inside the Uffizi Museum. Walking to the major attractions was very easy.

We stayed at the hotel as a couple and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location in the city center is excellent. It’s a great base for sightseeing, with many attractions within walking distance.
