It’s right in the centre, everything was really close. Staff we’re amazing and helpful, they showed us a map of the city and recommended places we could visit. Staff in restaurant we’re also nice every time I sit in the reception someone comes and ask if want to eat or drink something.

Location was perfect. Right by the train station. Walking distance to all major sites. Breakfasts were very good with lots of variety. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was large.

The Gold Artè Collection is a quiet place just a three-minute walk from the cathedral. With just 14 rooms, it is a charming, small and thus very personal place. The staff and management are very friendly. We felt very welcome and almost at home. As it is a newly rebuilt hotel, everything is clean and shiny, and everything works. The whole place is air-conditioned, but almost silent with a very soft air stream. The breakfast buffet is small but contains everything you need. The fruit is freshly cut, the eggs are cooked to order and the homemade cheesecake is awesome. If you want a place to withdraw from the bustling city, then this is the place to book. If you're feeling peckish, the Goose Bistro, which is part of the hotel, is always open and serves small meals. And, incidentally, the gold in the hotel's name is well deserved: the appliances are gold and the marble in the bathroom has golden veins. In short, this is a golden place to be, in terms of both its design and management.

Our stay was brief, but truly special. The hotel’s location is excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable. What made the experience unforgettable was the warm welcome and kindness of the reception staff. The care and attention given to guests made us feel at home from the very first moment. We would definitely love to come back!

The rooms, especially the historical suites, are absolutely stunning! The food in the restaurant was great, too. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They provided us with complimentary room upgrades and a birthday cake, which we hadn’t even asked for. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel, thanks to the care and hospitality of each employee.

The location is perfect - just 10 minutes from the main train station. The room was clean and the lightning above the beds was impressive. They even have a fridge and provided us with water bottles.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk people were very helpful, shared useful information about the city . After checking out, we stored our bags, as we had to catch a late evening train out of Florence. Highly recommend this place

Very good location. Near the train station and near at the center.

5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk to Duomo and other attractions around it. Spacious and clean. A supermarket in 3 minutes walk.

The location was perfect. We had a view of the Duomo from our window, it was so close. Staff were friendly. It was a 700 year old building, which was so impressive to us. Thankfully, it had a lift as well. Our room was large, we booked room with external bathroom, which was across from our room and not a problem at all. We absolutely loved our stay.

Cenral location - everything is close. You can part your car infront of the hotel and garage will pick it up, so no need to worry about parking (extra fee, but it's very cool).

Super helpful staff, and location near almost everywhere

The place where the property is located is very convenient for sightseeing and it's easy to get there and back to the railway station.

The location of the hotel is amazing. 7 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes away from the center. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Florence again. The breakfast is also complete. Rooms comfortable and very nice amenities.

What can I say , we were simply blown away by the accommodation ,it's location and superb facilities..... thoroughly recommend as a place to chill and enjoy Florence and it's many charms

Fantastic location close to everything we wanted in the centre of Florence. Super close to restaurants places of interest & easy walk from train station.

Where do I start? The staff were exceptionally helpful. We wanted some help with rental cars and they immediately assisted in that. We wanted to go to the outlet mall and they provided full instructions and how to get discount. Every-time I called reception I knew that whatever my concern was it was going to be resolved. We went there for our honeymoon. The preps for the room was above and beyond. My wife was very happy and so I was happy. The facilities are all there, from full-access spa to wonderful breakfast and dinner, to a gym, to a pilates area with private instructors, and to yoga classes. We almost felt like we didn’t want to even leave the hotel and see Florence. I had no intentions to revisiting a place I have already been to, but hotel number nine made me want to keep revisiting Florence.
