The location is excellent, just steps from the station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything, which made our stay even better. We chose the family room, which was very spacious. Everything was clean and modern.

I booked the room very last minute but the staff were friendly and responsive, even though I checked in after midnight. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy the amenities and the comfortable room. Unfortunately I was only there for a few hours sleep before important business meeting but it was a very nice stay.

It's very spacious room that i've booked and it was completely out of my expectations! My impression of hotel in Tokyo has always be very small. This hotel has spacious room. Great location with train and tube stations nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the high end food court on the ground level of the building. Two large CVS nearby too. All in all a very pleasant stay for me.

Terrific location, extremely close to the train station, and stilll very quiet. Right on the JR Yamanote line with easy access to Shibuya. Also very easy to get to the Haneda and Narita airports.

Great value for the money, with a very short walk to the train. The room size was fine for one person, and included a bathtub. Everything is kept clean. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
