The location is very good near JR Akihabara, easy to go anywhere. If you like games , anime this is the place to stay. Breakfast was good, They have all you can eat ikura(if you like it).

The staff was very welcoming and helpfulz the room was very clean. The bathroom had a nice space, the hotel provided all the necessary things and more! They also provided assistance with sending our luggage to another hotel in Kyoto. We really enjoyed it

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, very close to Akihabara station. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere and super nice staff. Also has super easy to use coin operated laundry machines at the reception. Would definitely go again!

The hotel is small but the room is cozy and sparkling clean. Bathing products are organic and natural. And the bar is free!!

The room at hotel hotaku was bigger than those at hotels where we've paid twice as much. The hotel, while small, is very clean and close enough to Kanda or Akihabari stations. It is on a quiet street, far enough away from the crowds at Akihabari, yet close enough to walk to Electric City and enjoy the shopping and sites. Staff was very nice and very helpful.

Very spacious and great price. Very friendly staff, just make sure to arrange your arrival time with the staff in case you arrive outside of their check-in time as the lobby is not staffed 24/7.

I had a lovely stay!! Compared to similarly priced chain hotels it was way more spacious and comfortable. The onsen was very nice (I loved the outdoor bath and appreciated the free ice cream) and it's located right on top of a Ginza Line entrance. Big thumbs up!
