The room size was really good. Enough room for a family of three. The view was also amazing.

What a gem! The hotel itself is wonderful, rooms are nicely designed, details curated and the amenities are top notch. The staff is amazing and the location was great. It was such a lovely place that we regretted not staying longer.

Location's great. Close to station, bus stop and main streets area but still quiet at night. I can see locals walking around there so it's not tourists-centric kinda place, which I like. The hotel's clean, nicely decorated and the room was really cozy. Public bath was fully equipped with everything so I could enjoy the hot spring there. Staffs are extremely nice and communicate in English really well that I was really impressed. 100% come back next time and rcm it to my friends

it's location, it is adjacent to the elevator to the asakusa-keihan line that serves narita and haneda airport. the area is also quiet part while u can walk about a block to the lively area in asakusa senjosi temple and also the skytree

The hotel is in a convenient location and is very clean, with everything well-organized. I also appreciated the complimentary items, such as coffee and toiletries.

We loved the hotel. The view our windows was beautiful. It’s very neat and clean. The beds were super comfortable. They provide everything. Kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s only 11 minutes walk from the Kyoto station and the bus station is just across the street. Staff was super friendly and they do speak English, they are very helpful. Loved everything about this hotel.

I stayed with my friend and a dog. Everything was perfect. There is a large enough room and bathroom, breakfast, facilities for a dog, including meals, and a dog troller. Quiet, comfortable bed and all staffs are so kind. I appreciate the hospitality.

Location was very convenient, close to Kyoto station(8-10min walk), and also to streets where you can get buses to main attractions. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and stores because Kyoto station is a gathering of many shopping malls buildings and underground passageways full of stores. Despite that, the hotel is located in a quiet and silent area. There is an elevator at the hotel so you can have luggage with you. They also provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap besides several other small vanity items and there are some items available at the reception. The apartment is equipped with a sink, a cooktop, a microwave and a fridge that allows you to have some small meals within your own room. The bathroom is small but with separate areas with the toilet with a small sink and the shower/bathtub. The toilet is very comfortable and the bathroom has a heater. There is another sink outside the bathroom also with a mirror and a cabinet. All the access (to Irori and also to the apartments) is made by code (no cards for doors or keys needed)

For the price, everything was perfect. Staff kind and helpful, everything clean and clear, the bed very confy. Had a great stay.

The room was absolutely amazing and the most spacious room that we had during our whole Japan trip. The bathroom was also stunning, with a massive shower and bath. Great location as well!

Hotel Bell was one of the best accommodation choices I made during my Kyoto trip. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient while still being in a quieter area away from the busiest tourist crowds. I especially appreciated having a comfortable base to return to after long days exploring Kyoto. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well maintained and welcoming.

This hotel has a great location, just steps away from the subway, convenience stores, and within walking distance of Kyoto Station. The Japanese-style room was lovely, complete with a clean bathroom. Communication was a breeze, with prompt responses to inquiries. Despite the absence of staff during check-in and out, the process was smooth thanks to clear and easy-to-follow instructions.

Spacious rooms with deep bath tubs ("ofuro") and modern finishes. Room was well-maintained and clean. Check-in front desk staff has limited hours, but when we arrived early we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby to go out and explore. Checking-out was easy as well and they let you leave your baggage a few hours later. They employ the Japanese custom of changing into house-shoes/slippers before entering the establishment. Room came with personal robes and slippers as well.
