Antigua & BarbudaExceptional staff! And beautiful new and renovated inside. The front desk are always so kind and greet when you pass. The cleaning staff are 10/10 everytime and everything you need is there in the room etc. I just wish breakfast was included in the bill as I stayed a month and didn’t want to pay so much more for breakfast. Other than that, so great.

Comfy beds in a clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out room, with windows that open to let fresh air in. Fantastic location minutes away from Kichijoji station and near the hustle and bustle of shopping to the north and south of the station, and the serene Inokashira Park.

Location was right next to Kichijoji station. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Our room faced away from the station and we never heard any train noise. Very quiet. The bed was comfortable, although not one mattress but two pushed together, which is a little awkward for a couple. The hotel let us add an extra night (requested months in advance) staying in the same room all 8 nights. The bedside lights were nice. The front desk staff were efficient.

Terrific location, very close to Kichijoji Station and shopping, Inokashira Park and the airport bus stop. The staff are professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent - definitely worth selecting the breakfast-inclusive rate.

The location can't be any better. Just a minute walk from south exit/park exit of Kichijoji station. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I loved how convenient the location was. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Kichijoji Station, and there’s a food street directly across the hotel with a wide variety of dining options. Inokashira Park is only a 5-minute walk away, and the main shopping streets and malls are about a 15-minute walk. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and able to understand English, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The hotel locates next to Kichijoji station. There's a lot of shops, restaurants, markets, malls nearby. You can spend whole day to walk around the hotel. Breakfast is great. There's a bike rental in front of the hotel. You have to pay additional JPY2,000 cash for parking per night. There's no drinking water in the room but they provide hot/cold drinking fountain every floors next to lift.

We enjoyed the good location of the hotel, 2min walk from the Kichijoji station (direct line to Shibuya) and there are a lot of restaurants around. The staff is friendly and can speak English. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel has its own parking lot (paid service) that's very convenient. Not far from the Ghibli Museum and from a very nice park with a zoo and a pond.

I liked the location of this hotel, checkin was easy through the automated Kiosk. When our room wasn't in the expected configuration, staff was helpful in finding the right room.
Easy access from the Kichijoji station, lots of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
