Excellent hotel. Lovely staff and convenient location for early morning flight from Haneda (not on the free JR train line but only 220 yen on the local train). Free buffet and excellent choice of books. Clean room that was large and comfortable. Good amenities, good size bathroom

Very clean and the location is great

My room came with a washer dryer combo, which was easy to use and is particularly handy for the solo traveller versus having to use a common laundry room. The room was reasonably sized for me and cooled down quick with the single unit aircon turned on after I returned from my daily trips in the hot weather. Ice machine downstairs was great. Self-serve rubbish disposal downstairs wasn't a problem.

We love the location. Just few steps to the train stations, convenient stores, groceries, and lots of delicious restaurants. We're family of five with tall kids so the place was pretty small but doable. It's along the busy street but quiet at night. They provided everything and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable even the sofa beds.

Excellent location. Extremely close to Kojiya train station, konbini, Haneda airport. Very affordable accommodation for family of 5 during peak New Year season. Overall, this place is a wonderful deal. Shower was hot, apartment was clean. In unit washer with spin cycle, no dryer, still effective. Clothing can be hung to dry on back balcony. We initially booked 2 nights and extended for a 3rd because we liked it so much. Hosts were wonderful and highly attentive and responsive. We will be back!

My room was little bit dark, no daylight. Nr212. Everything was clean and staff works super. Breakfast was 10/10. Thank You!
