Good free breakfast and evening snack. The room was nicely decorated and the hotel was quiet.

The location is excellent, just steps from the station. The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything, which made our stay even better. We chose the family room, which was very spacious. Everything was clean and modern.

Everything It’s like staying at home

Super clean! Love all the staff! They all greet us with a smile. Plus they gave our daughter free stay for the whole week! Location is pretty good, it’s beside family mart and coffee shop.

The rooms were very roomy. They had all the amenities in the room, like a washer dryer, a big refrigerator, huge shower, and the beds were comfortable. The location was the best part. Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet traditional Japanese hotel, offering tatami floors and futon mattresses. Recent renovations have been done with emphasis on retaining the original design and minimalist interiors. A 15 minute walk to Shibuya station allows you to stay in a quiet corner of Shibuya and sample the local shops. Very nice and helpful Fukudaya team.

Location right outside train station entrance, one stop away from shibuya, great place to put your head down and be around night life.

Location was excellent. Communication with the staff was very quick and easy. This place is 10 mins walk from Shibuya crossing. Lots of nice cafes nearby. The front desk lady was super nice and spoke good English.

Very nice hotel. The staffs were very helpful for a first timer like me. Super nice modernization of the rooms. Spacious enough if you got the single bedroom.

I booked the room very last minute but the staff were friendly and responsive, even though I checked in after midnight. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy the amenities and the comfortable room. Unfortunately I was only there for a few hours sleep before important business meeting but it was a very nice stay.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There is no staff though, so we had to plan our arrival and departure carefully because there was no lobby to leave our luggage. They considered our requests and tried to accommodate what they could. Location was great, super close to the train station and located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall very satisfied with the room and was so happy to be able to do laudry!

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable: firm and perfect for resting your body after a long day of walking. Having a small kitchen and washing machine in the room made our life easier during our week stay. The location in Shibuya is great since you're close to a lot of restaurants, shops, public transportation stations and konbinis (24hs japanese convenience stores). The staff was very polite and courteous.

Ease of access and the availability of laundry. Two sinks really helped with multiple guests.

It was reasonably priced and very clean. The room was nice for two people. Loved the free snacks and closeness to the train stop.
