Beautiful property with impeccable service

The service provided by the staff in charge from online response when booking; check in and check out are excellentl. Especially regarding our questions and request. They tried the best to answer.

we requested two connecting rooms. it was great for family.

We stayed during one of the coldest season, train station is around 3-5 min walk across the street, close to the park! Room is very spacious, bright and clean.

This is a converted "love hotel" so I was a little nervous before I arrived, but it exceeded my expectations! Because of this history, it had significantly larger rooms than I've experienced in the past in Japan, especially considering how centrally located it was. I'd stay again!

The location is good and the staff is friendly

My likes: the 24/7 reception desk staff, the vending machines for drinks, the welcome lobby living set sofas, the 2 massage chairs in the lobby, the bedroom amenities include a floor lamp, a desk lamp, coffee table & 2 chairs, humidifier, heater, aircon, mini-ref with mini-freezer, dryer, TV, digital clock, electric pitcher, cups, glasses, pajamas, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towels, daily cleaning & laundry area on another floor. It is also close to the 24/7 convenience stores i.e. 7/11 store & Lawson store, & to bus stations. My room has a good view too, with 2 windows. The best is the morning reception staff -- they kindly helped me in navigating the place so I won't be lost.
