The location is convenient. Many transportations available and restaurants.

We were a family of 3 in a quadruple room and even though the room was a bit small it worked well for us specially because we had another bathroom just across our room that we could also use. The staff was extremmely helpful and did everything to help us to feel as comfortable as we could be and also receiving and helping us to send our luggage. Akabane is a great neighbour with a lot of shopping and restaurants around (including a Kura Sushi that was not pack as the other branches), and kombinis literally next door. The hotel seems to be far from areas like Shibuya or Harajuku, but with the train station only 2 minutes away, we could easily access those places within 30min max. I strongly reccomend the hotel and the area. We already miss Akabane and the Holic Hotel.

The location was perfect. Steps away from Otsuka station, in a rather quiet and well served neighbourhood. Wish we could have stayed longer, but it was booked up!

The location ! The staff are very friendly & helpful, especially the guy at the reception desk was really helpful. I made a mistake with the reservation and the guy helped me out a lot. Thank you !!

Short walk to and from Oji Station (JK Train and MRT). Plenty of restaurant and food options around including groceries. Good parks near the hotel and the train station. Light breakfast servings and complimentary sauna are pleasant perks.

Accessible to 2 train stations

The size of the room, the cleanliness, the location for what I needed, close to a station, easy commute into the city around 30 min walk to where my event was. This property is such good value for the area.

Great room and space, you can open more than 1 baggage in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Most basic necessities are provided. Shampoo, soap, clean towel, toilet inside, hot water, washing machine and dryer also available to use. Quiet area which is great for me. Slept very well.

The location is perfect not too close or far from the city.

The location and neighborhood are excellent — one of the best areas I’ve stayed in Tokyo so far. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Kaminakazato Station, and there’s a supermarket right in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. There’s also a sento (public bath) just 3 minutes away and a coin laundry next to it. Staying here really allowed us to immerse ourselves in everyday Japanese local life. The room itself is quite spacious and very clean, suitable for a family of 3–4 people. The staff were very responsive — they checked in with us about our arrival time and were quick to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a comfortable and authentic stay in a great neighborhood.

Everything was great. The location is very good, there is a shop and restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk to the metro.
