Near to bus stop. 7 eleven is just across the street. Near to Nijo Castle and 5 minutes walk to Nijo Park. Staff are accommodating and helpful. Great service.

The property is magnificent, the rooms spacious comfortable and beautifully decorated. The mineral spring spa is beautiful and very large. Breakfast excellent. Service impeccable

Location and it's very clean.

I loved how modern all the facilities were and all the decorations of the hotel! The furniture, wall fixtures, bidet and such were all clean and useful. It was such a cheerful place with a nice bar counter doubling as a check in counter. I loved the lounge too! Very inviting and comfy. The staff was always helpful and even held onto my luggage hours after checkout at my request!

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the room is really cozy and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, and the breakfast buffet choice is also amazing! Overall we had a very great honeymoon experience here!

Very close to the subway and convenient shops

The room was quiet, I didn’t hear other guests through the walls or ceiling/floor. There was plenty of space in the room. The free hot dogs and night were wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. The WiFi was fast. The shower was luxurious and the water temperature was stable.

The staff went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated all their efforts. The extra amenities they offered were also great. The location is fantastic, right across from Nijo Castle and easily accessible to all other tourist locations in Kyoto. The room was comfortable and clean, although the bed was a little hard for my liking. Overall, it was a terrific stay, and I would stay there again next time in Kyoto.

Incredible value for the price! Very close to Nijo castle and a bit of a walk away from the restaurant strip. The rooms were clean, and checking in and out were painless.

Clean and neat approach..And very comfortable room

Clean, easy checkin, excellent location, all the supplies were nice, and laundry area was provided. Great for short or long a stays.Two toilets in the room w 4 beds. And a sitting area with room for more if needed. Close to trains.

Personal was very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed free ground coffee at lobby in the mornings. Room was very clean. Location is perfect!

From the bottom of my heart, I was so happy I chose this hotel and stayed here for 6 days. It truly felt like home, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is so perfect for me - just 1 minute to the local shopping arcade with Izakaya, Convenience Store, Supermarket, Restaurant, Bakery, Kisaten, and my fave breakfast spot Kyoto Keizo. And it's only 5 minutes walking to the bus station. Couldn't ask for more!

GREAT place to stay in Kyoto!!

The room, bed, view, jacuzzi/bath was all amazing and the staff speaking English was a bonus.

I have no complaints, the bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, moreso the bathroom area. The complimentary drinks and water were great, and if you need more the water purifier was just outside the door. I am very particular to cleanliness and this is one of the smaller hotels ive stayed in that makes the cut. its also close by bus stops so no issue there, and the subway is 4 block away which is great. I didnt havw a car so i cant really complain about parking (and i knew it had none beforehand. There was a nearby Breakfast cafe (Yamazaki Coffee) that served up a good coffee, pancakes and Sausage, about 3 mins walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient. Rooms were quiet, climate control was superb and quiet, i would definitely stay there for another time in Kyoto.

A really nice hotel near Nijo Castle in Kyoto. Rooms were very clean and spacious with everything you might need when travelling. The staff was very helpful and friendly - they stored our luggage before check in. We absolutely recommend this place to everybody.
