Everything! Airport accessibility - airport limousine bus stops at the hotel itself, very convenient for transferring to and from Narita or Haneda Location - short walk to the train station, konbinis, restaurants. There is a mall across, which connects to the train station Room - room was clean, its size was typical of Tokyo standards, but it did not feel cramped. Room amenities and toiletries were complete and as expected of many hotels in Japan (including skincare products). Bathroom had ample counter space Service - staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our bags were stored while we traveled to a different city until our return. Check-in and checkout process was fast We’s also like to commend the staff for managing elevator traffic during high usage times

Very affordable rate with an even nicer room than two significantly more expensive hotels I booked earlier in my trip. The room came with an in-room laundry machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishware, table, and a comfortable bed with outlets in the headboard. Easy walk to Ikebukuro Station, and very helpful English-friendly staff that kindly held my bags for 7 hours after check-out and summoned a taxi for me to Haneda Airport.

The place is very new and clean / bed is comfortable we stay in twin room with 1 toddler and it's enough space to manage things, not that big but enough/ the bath room water runs well and good pressure love it. Very convenient to go to subway. There are subway exit in front of hotel but not elevator so we need to walk to the main Ikkeburo station cause we have stroller, but no problem at all cause it's super near.

This is a budget hotel, but value was great. Twin room was ok for 2 people (rooms are always tiny in Tokyo) and location is great near Ikebukuro train station. Staff was great as well.

Excellent location, right next to Ikebukuro station which is great for the Yamanote line. Superb breakfast options. The public bath is a great treat after a long day.

The stuffs and services are excellent facilitation. The room is clean.

The staff is so nice. He let us check in at 1100 AM even though our supposed to be check in is 4PM. The place is around 10-minute walk from the Ikebukuro station. Coin laundry and convenience stores are very near. The room is clean and has all the things we need.
