Everything! Location is great.You can walk(we love walking),catch a bus or short walk to metro.After that in just 15 to 20 min you will be next to some of the must see things in Kyoto.Every bus which leads to some of interesting things around is passing next to hotel.Next time we will rent a car so we could explore even more of countryside but this hotel will be our choice even in the future. Btw I have to mention that staff in hotel is very, very nice and that hotel is super clean.Extremly great value for money.

The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

It was very spacious for Japanese standards, mini kitchen and private bathroom were greatly appreciated. The washing machine was a bonus with the balcony to dry clothing. I really liked the self check in and out by lockbox. Very convenient location for my trip.
