Excellent location.Nice view from my room.Staff very nice and allow me to check in earlier coz I arrived very early morning. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a quiet part of Susukino yet close to the main crossroads where the Nikka san is. It's within walking distance to the airport shuttle and Nijo market, and although getting to Sapporo station involves a bit of a walk, the underground shopping tunnel makes it easy to reach, even if you're tired. The hotel was very clean and provided a great amenity package. I especially liked the women's toner, emulsion, and cleanser set. The public bath at the top floor was a highlight, and the addition of an outdoor bath made the experience feel even more special. The hotel staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the door lock at one point, but it was resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. It seems the hotel offers a good breakfast at a very reasonable price. I didn't include breakfast in my booking this time since there are so many options nearby - Nijo market, for example, opens early and is just a short walk from the hotel. We actually wanted to try the hotel breakfast, but it was fully booked and they couldn't accept walk-ins. If you're interested in their breakfast, I would recommend adding it to your reservation for one or two days, just in case.

Good breakfast buffet and excellent location with a mall with many food options for a late breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Easy access to subway or taxi station. Great atmosphere and design in the hotel.

The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the extra available amenities, like the free slippers, toiletries, and bath salts. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Sapporo. 😊

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom and a nice view of the busy street below (though the room was very quiet!). The staff were very friendly and provided us tokens for a welcome drink/bite to eat at the beautiful lounge off the lobby

This hotel was at a fantastic location. Rarely used public transportation as it was easy to walk everywhere. There was many 7/11’s nearby and a local supermarket with fresh food and ready to go meals. Also a food hall with a great variety of food.

Hotel is near everything : - a subway station in front of it - convenience stores nearby - near tanekikuji shopping street and ramen alley - bus stops to and from airport (very convenient) Additionally: - very accommodating staff (has AI translator also) - resto is very good! Seems like a place locals usually go to - free stuff buffet for your needs - very very clean

If you want a 5 star hotel experience and you will book 3 star hotel of course you will have complaints. This hotel is just literally 10 steps away from the metro station, few minutes walk to tanukikoji,seafood market, odori and susukino. Comfortable bed, toilet amenities are there and refillable. They take out garbage and fix your room without a fee(on the 3rd day). Elevator is working, clean, quiet and decent. No receptionist from 12 midnight to 6Am but it’s ok. You’ll be sleeping on those times. Good value for money. Convenient drop off from new chitose airport via bus and vice versa.

Location was ideal, walking distance to everything and close to bus station to go explore the city! Staff were very helpful and gave us umbrellas when it was raining!
