Hotels near Cruise Ship Pier, Puerto Vallarta

I really liked the location for the shopping and restaurants nearby. I flew in and needed to take a bus the next day so I needed to stay in the north end. It was very handy to malls and Walmart.

The service was fantastic. The restaurants have quality food and excellent service. Ricardo and Ignacio provided outstanding customer service and care to all the customers. Their team was attentive and always trying to help the guest.

We really loved our stay at LXHotel. We rwquested a beachfront view and they are amazing and honestly one of the best parts — waking up to the ocean every day was a highlight for us, nice sand! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Check-in was quick and easy, which was great after a long trip. We purchased the Day Pass option and food was surprisingly good and very diverse, with lots of options, and everything we tried tasted fresh and delicious. Its a Most try servcie at least for one day but available through the stay. The whole place is classic and felt comfortable. We were very well taken care of, and very relaxing. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a beachfront place with good vibes and great service.

Zenharmony Suites is a little gem in a cool, walkable neighborhood. Tastefully remodeled and secure, with pools. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc. We especially loved Sweet Sarah’s bakery, a block and a half away, for extra special pastry and coffee. Lunch or dinner at Naturezq Restaurante should not be missed. Short walk to Costco/La Comer and the bay.

Everything is great in this place. The rooms, the location, the staff. The only thing I might say it can improve is the pool, it’s very small for the amount of people staying, I couldn’t even use it because it was full of people. Other than that it was quite a great experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet hotel. I have seen other reviews say it was a sketchy neighborhood, but I would like to clarify that it is just a working class neighborhood, not a tourist neighborhood. I felt very safe walking around. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. And easy to catch a taxi to anywhere you need to go. 100 pesos to the airport or old town.
