The staffs, location, breakfast, room, cleanliness and everything. Kudos to Thai interns at the breakfast! They really went extra miles for everything. Amari really maintains the standard across all locations, not just within Thailand.

Whenever I go to Kuala Lumpur I always stay at Aloft hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms big and extremely clean. All the rooms have super comfy bed. The breakfast is probably the best I ever found in Malaysian hotels. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Everything is just perfect.

Surprised by the room size, rather large. Air-con is quiet, clean and bed is quite confortable

Location is great. Within 15 mins walk of KL Sentral station. Within 5 mins walk of Little India. Gym n pool are great. Room was v comfortable. Staff are friendly n very helpful.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the room. This hotel would be my first choice every time I came to KL, just for those two reasons. The room rates have gone up though..which is really sad.

Vinesh, Sanjay, Chef Ridwan, Chef Hafiz, Nathiyaa, Malik and many more ensured that my gluten free diet requirements were met and all went beyond call of duties to provide best customer services.

Location, Price and facilities are exceptional. A clean hotel in front of NU Central mall. Monorail is at a stone throw distance. Metro and airport train/shuttle are nearby. Lots of eating options

Clean, comfortable and quiet. A block away from NU sentral mall. I had some trouble locating it but asked a policeman and got there in 2 minutes.

the location! many restaurants are open 24 hours, there are also many mini markets. close to the Nu Sentral mall which is connected to the central station so it is very easy if you want to take public transportation. I took a deluxe room, cheap price for a large room size, clean and comfortable. I checked in at 2 am, the staff was still on duty and the check-in process was very fast. I always book this hotel when on holiday to Kuala Lumpur!
