Location Environment Proximity to Shopping Mall

Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

The wonderful staff from check in to check out. They were so helpful and efficient, not to mention their warm smiles and hand on heart bows. They helped us with getting transports, directions, and many many tips and made our stay very comfy and pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean as well. And the food was good, too, we tried many local and infused cuisines. Many restaurants around the hotel as well, for variations. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

the management is kind and generous also the room is very quiet with nice soundproofing from the outside noise, the room i stayed was facing outside so i was worried a little but i still managed to sleep peacefully
