Yes i like This hotel.. After check out my friend and me walk down the Street estimate 300m to the Sogo.. Also have many shop lot around.. Tq Frenzy hotel..

I loved the vibe of this hotel; hip, comfortable, great music always playing in lobby, amazing food and drinks in the restaurant... ate breakfast here and one other meal every day because the food was so good. The room was modern and decent sized. I got the one with the view of the train and city. The staff were top notch, professional, young and fun. Good firm bed, great shower pressure, well lit. Location was terrific for walking, and taking the metro. I used Grab mostly because its so cheap. Terrific coffee place next door. Definitely recommend.

room was very clean and affordable and the location is in main location. and the breakfast was very nice.. the staff members incharge is tamilian so make communication is with them made simple. they booked cab to the airport in the early morning 3.00 a.m. so 24/7 the staffs are working. so very much comfortable for indians such a comfortable room rent in main location. walkable distance to indepence square.

Although i did not get the room with Queen size bed, i'm still love it coz it was very spacious and clean..very comfy and peaceful.

This Sheraton property far exceeded my expectations leading to a fantastic stay in KL at a very reasonable price. Located just steps from the Medan Tuanku monorail station, the hotel's location makes it easy to get to using the airport's KLIA Express train during the day and to easily explore other areas during a visit. The lobby offers a great first impression during check in and is the first place to meet the staff who are always very friendly, welcoming and professional no matter what area they work in. The high floor King room was large, comfortable and well sound proofed for a very relaxing sleep environment. The separate dressing room has lots of storage space and a double level safe that will fit even the largest laptops. The bathroom is also very big with plenty of toiletry items provided free of charge. A very nice city view compliments the feel of the room. An outdoor pool is a great place to relax during the very hot middle of the day, with plenty of covered areas to avoid sunburn. Pool temperate was just right every time. But the highlight of this hotel has to be the breakfast buffet which is HUGE. 8 or 9 different food stations across a whole floor covering everything from toast and cereal to salads to Asian hot dishes that change every day and even a create you own noodle bar! For those who like their breakfast sweet, the pancake and waffle station even has multiple ice cream options. If you like Indian food, a chef is on hand to make fresh roti in front of you. The staff here are super friendly and after the first morning addressed my by name every following day without looking it up. The attention to detail here is a credit to the hotel's management. This will be my first choice hotel in KL from now on.

It was quite close to places I wanted to visit.

I like that area because it’s close to the bazaar, SOGO, and convenient for shopping.

We love the room that we got, it was spacious and nicely done. The location is very convenient to walk around too.

Cleanliness & staff was good

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, helpful, super nice. The boss is the sweetest man ever! I was worried about the cleaning part, since some people were complaining about that in their reviews. But they now have a new management and new staff. In fact I found the rooms very clean, quiet, very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice view on the street. Good wifi, good a/c, TV, water etc. Location is also great. I'll be back.
