Huge hotel Huge interconnected shopping mall and Aqua park, we as a family literally spent 3 full days indoors without seeing the streets and still feel missing alot

Staff who are friendly and provide excellent service create a positive experience, A high standard of cleanliness also staff are friendly and provide excellent service, finally excellent location

Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

Very nice Hotel, the lobby, pool and generally everything is nice. We stayed in a smaller room this time because the suites were occupied and I booked late. No extra bathroom and no microwave or tub but still very good and a wonderful value!

The location, it is really close to the mall, eat place, hospital because we went there for medical check up, surrounded by pharmacyst and close to the public transportation

Staff were friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us out. She personally took us to the exchange center in the nearby shopping mall since we couldn’t find it. The room is clean, neat and smells good.

The location is great!! Only minutes walk to Sunway Mall. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The A/C is phenomenal Basic necessities could be expected.

Everything was Good. This Hotel is recommended.

My 1st self service kiosk check in,very unique... Love the fact if anything wrong whenever call the number stated there will always be someone to picked it up. Great lounge area,didnt manage to play the games or watch movies but excellent. Highlight of the trip,the free hot chocolate was superb!!! Definately gonna stay here again....
