Super welcoming and friendly staff! Great location with a cozy canal vibe. The first floor had a lovely restaurant and lobby hang out area and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, cozy and clean! We also appreciated the recommendations for things to check out while in town.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. I have been to so many luxury hotels around the world but this one stood out among the top 5 i have been to. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are great and the restaurant are top tier. I booked one of their signature suites and it is worth it.

We were amazed by the view of the canal, very comfortable bed and vey hot room. The feeling was so amazing as if we were most welcoming guests in the world. Everything in the hotel is fillew with details with such a great taste. The lobby is like a cozy living room and we were lucky to come during the holidays. We will come back.

I can't speak highly enough of our stay at Hotel Hegra. The staff was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Everything was in walking distance, sights, restaurants etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. Felt like a home away from home!
