Place is great quiet even though close from the highway, breakfast was perfect

1. Courtesy (free) bus service to / from the airport worked like a charm and very helpful bus drivers 2. Room was just right - lots of little extras that are sooo appreciated (e.g the idea of a ‘pillow menu’ including lavender aromatherapy pillow is very thoughtful) 3. Happy hour from 430-8. A great way to relax and reflect on our wonderful trip around NZ 4. Staff - waiter who served us for dinner; front desk - very helpful and friendly; a staff member on the bell desk who inspired me to use the small swimming pool on the property and took time to explain other gym amenities.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She got me two early morning breakfasts to take away, helped me call my tour company and was very kind.

The grounds are beautiful! This was the best Holiday Inn in which we have ever stayed. The staff was great; the breakfast was very good. But, it truly was the beauty of the garden/pool area that was most impressive. Very calming.

From the moment we arrived the young man on reception was polite, professional and welcoming (calum?) We loved room service delivery robot!

Appreciated staff accommodating us with a room having nice view and accessible by elevator, especially since I requested at booking. Elevator to back parking. New-looking interiors, long desk and high quality linens. Nespresso coffee in room.

They have a bus to go from the airport to the hotel and come back. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean

Stayed a night as close to airport for early morning flight. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. We were right next to reception and very quiet. Transfer bus was easy and on schedule.

Location, rooms are lovely and new, clean and smell nice. Great parking and building access. The breakfast is pretty spot on also. All round this is a solid choice for short term accommodation for flights, work etc.

We had a beautiful garden&lake view. The location is good and close to shopping center. The staff are all very friendly. I had a meeting in the early morning and asked one of staff members for some water. He was very kind to fill my water bottle.

Location is great, weve stayed here previously, close to train line and elllerslie township. We stayed here to go to an all blacks game
