This is such a beautiful hotel conveniently located in the city. Good facilities and excellent customer service. We feel really at home here. The staff were really helpful and would go above and beyond for the guests. I have to make a special mention of how wonderful Wilmar is at the restaurant. He was very kind and very attentive to the guests. The lady at the pool was also very kind and is doing a really good job looking after the pool area and the guests.

It's closer to the church, mall, and our target venue. The staff are very accommodating—they proactively transferred us from the barkada room to a double queen-size room to ensure our kids' safety.

The location is perfect, right in front of SM Cebu City. A good 30min ride from the airport depending on the traffic condition. The check in was hassle free with the building staff, no need to meet the host. I like the liberty and trust the host gives its guest. I normally hate hassles in checkin in where you have to contact the host or caretaker and wait until they come and fetch you.lol. The place was clean. AC was cold and Wifi was fast. The bed was comfy too. Wanted to rebook again after my Bantayan trip but it was booked. Till next time!

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it very accessible to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, with toiletries conveniently provided. The staff were also very responsive to our needs and quick to address any questions we had. A convenient location for accessing the ferry piers and some of the malls. A good clean place with a good quick breakfast. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful

The room came with an attached wet room/dirty kitchen -type of space. I could only begin to imagine what else I could have done with the room had I extended my stay.
